Hosting Thanksgiving? Here’s a Menu for the Whole Week!

Thanksgiving is only 2 weeks away and this year we are hosting my family for the very first time. If you didn’t know, my family is big. Like, BIG, big. I have seven younger siblings (and that’s only on my mom’s side, dad has 3 as well!) and all but one of them will be in my house for 3-4 days! That’s a lot more food than I typically make for our family of four!

I went ahead and pulled together a meal plan for the entire week of Thanksgiving. My goal was to have my meals planned and prepped so that I’m not stuck in the kitchen. I want all of us to enjoy the time together and even sit down to a meal at the same time. A lot of these meals will be made ahead of time and pulled out to cook and wait.

So here it is, the meal plan I’ve pulled together.

Thanksgiving Week Menu:

Cuban Sliders

Make Your Own Taco Bar

French Toast Casserole

Thanksgiving Dinner!

Spinach Quiche

Turkey Sandwiches

Smoked Lemon Pepper Porkloin

Cinnamon Rolls

Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Okay so, my family is getting here Wednesday. I don’t know if they are going to be here for lunch or just after dinner but I want to be prepared. A lot of these meals above I am planning on making ahead of time including the Ham + Cheese Sliders, Carnitas for the tacos, French Toast Casserole, and Spinach Quiche. Between make ahead meals and leftovers, I am more than certain we will have enough food without spending hours in the kitchen!

This way I will have things at the ready for almost every day and we just have to heat and eat!
